Ordering Information

To ensure the freshest quality, your candles are not poured until after the
order has been placed. Your order will be shipped within 3-5 business days from date of order. When
ordering Grubby Pillars your order may be delayed 1-2 days longer, due to Grubby Pillars take longer to set up before shipping.

All Sales are Final there are no Refunds available after order has been processed and shipped, if a candle is damaged during shipping that candle will be replaced at no charge.

All candles are shipped USPS Priority mail, shipping is figured at the time of placing your order.

If paying by check or money order, please print a copy of your order and send with your check or money order. Your order will be shipped upon receipt and clearance of payment through the bank.
